WHERE DO I GET AN INSURANCE CLAIM NUMBER? The insurance company will issue the claim number once the claim is established with them.
WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS? Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm; Fridays 8:00am-4:00pm
WILL PARTS BE PREORDERED? Parts are preordered when the customer confirms their appointment the week before they drop off for repairs.
CAN YOU MATCH THE PAINT COLOR? The paint is matched by our painter when it goes to the paint department.
HOW LONG WILL THE REPAIRS TO MY VEHICLE TAKE? It depends on the damage to the vehicle as to how long it will take to repair.
CAN I GET A RIDE HOME WHEN I DROP OFF MY CAR? Per Request
HOW CAN I GET A RENTAL CAR? When you are scheduled for repairs we will send a reservation to the rental car company to have a rental ready for you at the scheduled time of your repair. Please reference our Rentals Page for more details.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY CAR IS DONE? We will call you when the vehicle is ready.
IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE REPAIRS TO MY VEHICLE? Please reference our Warranty page.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE? If you have a deductible it is owed at the time of pickup of your vehicle.
WHO DO I PAY MY DEDUCTIBLE TO? You will pay us the deductible after the repairs are completed.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Insurance Check, & Cash
WHAT ARE BETTERMENT CHARGES? Betterment charges are if a repair is needed to a “wear and tear” part of your vehicle, the insurance company will only pay a percentage of the cost of that replacement part and you owe the difference.
CAN I WASH MY CAR AFTER I PICK IT UP? After 6 weeks you may wash it regularly until then no dish detergent or hard soaps, no automatic carwashes.
